Overall, the game is awesome. You can create separate bands/careers for separate players.
I just wish there were more Aerosmith songs in the song list. I really like playing the Aerosmith songs on Guitar Hero for Wii.
The Aerosmith version, I think, was produced in the same time frame as Guitar Hero 3 and has the same layout. Some very good songs were not included in the game at all (eg.
Janie's Got A Gun, Hole In My Sole, I Don't Want To Miss A Thing) However, I actually like the layout of this game better than World Tour & Guitar Hero 5. In the newer version, you cannot create separate careers.
If you like Aerosmith, you will like this game.
So, I continued playing thinking that the unlockable and buyable songs would be the big ones. I was definitely expecting songs crossing all their decades of existence. So, I'm 30 years old. Nope, just "Pink", and that's it. But this is more like a 1975 and earlier B Sides Compilation. I've never even heard of half these songs. Huge let down. Relisted it on Amazon to cut my loses.
Fun game - not the best Guitar Hero but certainly a great one. I beat it already but it'll entertain you for a few hours. Has a lot of good commentary from the actual band in between "shows" and a lot of good songs. I highly recommend it for any Aerosmith fan
As a huge Aerosmith fan I had to get this and I am so glad I did. I love them even more now.
I was looking so forward to playing this game. I played all the songs in two days. I was really disappointed with the song selection, I thought there would be more songs. To me it was a waste of money.
